Breast Enlargement
Breast enlargement (a "boob job") is the most common cosmetic surgical procedure performed in Ireland today.
Breast enlargement is clinically known as "breast augmentation", and is more commonly known as a "boob job".
There are no exercises or medications currently available, which can safely, effectively and permanently increase breast size.
The recognised, accepted and regularly-performed method of enlarging breasts is the breast enlargement operation (breast augmentation – or a "boob job") which involves the insertion of a silicone breast implant behind the natural breast tissue.
